• Never arrived? Report it and you get a full refund, including delivery.
• Damaged or not as described? Report it within 3 days of delivery with photos. We review it and refund you when the claim is valid.
• Seller cancels? You’re refunded in full automatically.

We can do this because sellers are only paid after delivery and the protection window. Report a problem from your order page; our team usually replies within one business day.
