How delivery works
Sellers never have to arrange shipping. When an order is paid, RundzeeGlobal books a courier automatically.
1. We compare couriers
At checkout we ask every courier in our network for a price and delivery time: Rundzee riders and drivers, same-day courier services, and parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx. Nearby orders can arrive the same day; anything farther goes by parcel carrier. You see the options and choose. We mark the best value, the cheapest and the fastest.
2. The courier collects from the seller
- Local couriers drive to the seller, pick up the parcel and bring it straight to the buyer.
- For parcel carriers, the seller prints the label we create, sticks it on the box, and the carrier collects it.
- Big wholesale orders are split into boxes of up to 50 lb automatically.
3. Everyone can track it
Buyer and seller see every update live: courier assigned, picked up, on the way, delivered.
4. The seller gets paid after delivery
The buyer’s payment is held safely by our payment provider, Stripe. The seller is paid 3 days after delivery, or sooner if the buyer confirms receipt. If there’s a problem, the buyer can report it before then.
